Guidelines for Taking Remedies
Allow the remedy to remain in the mouth for a short while.
Remedies can be affected by substances such as peppermint, coffee, etc so try to avoid taking them for at least either 20 minutes before/after eating, drinking, brushing teeth, etc.
Keep remedies away from strong heat, light, odours and electrical fields e.g. mobile phones, computers.
These simple precautions will prevent the remedies from being antidoted.
