Sing, talk, laugh, share – this week we’re using our voice joyfully. Singing can have such a beneficial effect on our physical body and overall wellbeing. And yes, it can be done in the shower, in the car, nobody has to hear it if you don’t want them to. This is solely for your benefit and enjoyment. The sound vibration positively affects our very cells. And we’ve probably all heard and experienced how laughter is good for us. The voice, our personal instrument - made to be used. What’s your favourite way of using your voice? Personally, I love all of those ways, although my singing is definitely only for home alone moments 😉
