In your first appointment we will talk through where you are with your life and wellness - what's working, what's no so great - so that we can develop an approach that will work for you.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Appointments - Sometimes life gets in the way of our plans, so if you find you can't attend an appointment please get in touch so we can reschedule. As this time is set aside for you, 24 hours notice of a cancellation is requested to avoid being charged a cancellation fee which is 50% of your session fee.
